Performs clerical and/or secretarial support activities such as reviewing and/or acting on incoming mail and phone calls. Returns calls and answers mail on behalf of the Directors. Investigates when necessary and provides details to the Directors on items requiring follow-up/action. Greets office visitors and provides general information in response to inquiries. Essential Functions: Fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project goals. Develops church networks through relationships with worship leaders and pastors. Coordinates communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders including newsletters, announcements, and online engagement. Represents the project at meetings, conferences, or public events as needed. Plan, organize, and oversee project-related events, including luncheons, workshops, and conferences. Serves as primary point of contact for event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and participant communication. Maintains operational budget for the grant program in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Provides recommendations and guidance on accounts (i.e.: restricted accounts). Assists in development of long-term budget requests and general operating budgets, assisting the Directors in resource allocation. Purchases resources to support the grant as approved within the budget. Creates and maintains fiscal reports for Directors and the funder. Assists with grant program reporting requirements. Performs administrative and office support activities; support grant directors, professionals, or ad hoc teams; perform word processing; create spreadsheets and presentations; files and handles basic correspondence. Plans and coordinates meetings with grant team. Conduct research aligned with the projects objectives and contribute to scholarly, professional, and popular-level writing projects . Collaborate with faculty and other researchers on project-related studies. Support the promotion and dissemination of research findings through presentations, reports, or publications. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to groups or individuals either verbally or in writing to ensure that they understand the information and the message; Ability to listen and respond appropriately to others, with supervision. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations. Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. Required Education. Bachelors Degree in theology, ministry, music education or the arts. Required Experience 1-3 years related experience required, 4-6 years preferred.
