Customer Service Representative Hire Up Staffing Services Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour Hire Up Staffing is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This position will report directly to the Account Manager and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and has strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and account information Perform high-volume and accurate data entry tasks Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent receptionist etiquette Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, billing, data entry, and document management Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and errors Communicate effectively with customers, management, team members, and drivers Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Learn and navigate company software and computerized systems quickly Support the Account Manager with daily operational and customer service tasks Qualifications: Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook Professional phone presence with excellent receptionist and customer service skills Strong clerical and administrative support experience Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure Ability to observe confidentiality protocols Nav.
