As a member of our team, you will develop creative approaches at the intersection of data collection, integration, and analysis. You'll work with a range of genomic, cellular, and clinical data types, adding statistical rigor to the experimental process. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about using data science and bioinformatic approaches to further our vision of a healthy immune system for every individual. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, proficiency in a modern programming language used in data science (e.g. R, Python, SAS, Matlab, Scala, Java), excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to work in both a collaborative environment and independently. Experience in the biological sciences and bioinformatic analysis of high-throughput "-omics" data is preferred but not required. Experience with machine learning and AI methods (e.g., clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction) preferred. Rank/position will be contingent on relevant education and experience, and ability to independently manage projects and collaborations. Works under guidance while building domain and technical expertise. Requires a bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, biostatistics, or other life science with a strong understanding of the principals of bioinformatics, and 0-3 years related experience.
