Your Responsibilities As a Concierge Security Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming corporate environment. This position combines exceptional customer service with professional security responsibilities. Concierge & Guest Services Greet employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide directions, information, and assistance to guests. Create a positive first impression while maintaining security standards. Answer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor. Visitor Management & Access Control Verify visitor identities and authorize building access. Utilize visitor management systems to process guest check-ins and check-outs. Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor records. Enforce access control procedures and security policies. Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access. Security Operations Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels. Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas. Identify and report security concerns, hazards, or suspicious activity. Maintain awareness of building operations and emergency procedures. Support a safe and secure workplace environment. Incident Response & Reporting Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies. Document incidents accurately and thoroughly. Coordinate with management, emergency responders, and building personnel as needed. Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures. Administrative & Package Management Receive and document deliveries and packages. Maintain logs, reports, and security records. Support front desk operations and administrative tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For Prior security, military, law enforcement, corrections, hospitality, concierge, customer service, or corporate front desk experience preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal abilities. Experience with access control systems, visitor management platforms, and CCTV monitoring preferred. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Proficiency with computers and basic office software. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required. Why M 1 Global?
