12-Hour Shifts, 24/7 Pediatric Home Care Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with Pediatric Experience Required. (G-tube, Trach) Days and Overnights Open. Immediate Need. We are looking for RNs and LPNs with pediatric care experience for 12-hour shifts on a high-need case. Must have experience with G-Tubes and Trachs. Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties: Perform care as defined by client's individual Plan of Care and within scope of state's nurse practice act. Monitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Position Requirements Nurse Qualifications: Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois) Home Health Experience Preferred Pediatric Experience Required (Trach, G-Tube) Oasis Trained 1 year experience. Proof of eligibility to work in the US. Reliable car / auto insurance. Clean background and criminal record.
