Test and Balance Technician Level 1

Working on a team delivering the successful completion of a Test and Balance project. May work under the direction of a TAB technician. Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years’ experience preferred. Skills and Abilities:TAB Math – Ability to learn basic math formulas as it relates to test and balance. Blueprints – Basic understanding of blueprints. Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Technical Skills – Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.
