Employees in this job class perform work in the construction, repair, and preventive maintenance of County-maintained road and bridge structures, culverts, guardrails, masonry walls, concrete curb and gutters, and related structures. Note: Current County employees may be excluded from additional background screening. ii. Pre-employment Medical Screening: Approximately 3 days following successful background investigation results.iii. Anticipated Start Date: Start date will be based upon successful completion of medical screening or other mutually agreed upon date. If you are not selected for this interview process, you may have the opportunity to compete for future vacancies. Minimum Qualifications. One (1) year of experience constructing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of road and bridge structures, culverts, related structures, and concrete finishing work; OR,One (1) year of construction experience which has included general carpentry work.
