What you will bring:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Strong consulting skills, with experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking. Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts. The salary range for this position is $88,510.00 - $141,630.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay Transparency. Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
