Primary regional point of contact for Packaging Sustainability Initiatives within North America. Leading the development, deployment, and advocacy of North America Packaging Sustainability programs which are consistent with and feed into our Global Packaging Sustainability strategy & goals. Oversee the regional process for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in North America partnering with Packaging Operations/ Engineering, Finance, Legal/ Regulatory, Global Sustainability, and our external EPR consultancy. Primary point-of-contact to our PR - Os Lead the North America focused external engagement network for packaging sustainability with NG - Os, PR - Os, Recycling Value Chain members, Packaging Suppliers, and other organizations. Partner with Global Sustainability on key Globally-driven packaging & plastics sustainability initiatives to be executed in North America Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in environmental science, material science, engineering, or a related field. 8 years experience in Packaging and/or sustainability fields. Experience in packaging / plastics issues, and sustainability best practices at global and regional FMCG companies including EPR. Experience in using data & analytics to support perspectives, including LCA and other sustainability metrics Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree. 3 years of CPG experience. Ability to balance multiple stakeholders, both across functions and geographics and to influence stakeholders internally and externally. Ability to leverage cross-functional partners to develop & implement programs and inspire and enroll teams in a vision. Can set direction, make decisions and recommendations in the face of uncertainty or conflict. Compensation and Benefits. Salary Range $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD - Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
