Manage group of customers in a defined market area, collaborating to drive results and achieve share, volume, and financial objectives Work with Sales Agency Partners to handle information flow to third party retail teams Lead the transition of Colgate objectives into specific customer strategies to enhance growth and business performance Have P&L and financial responsibility Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer collaboration opportunities Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners, sharing feedback, formal annual and mid-performance reviews to hold team accountable for individual and team objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 6 years of Consumer Product Goods experience 2 years of key customer account experience Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) Experience utilizing Colgate Business Planning reporting and planning system or customer planning software Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account Previous people management or broker management experience Compensation and Benefits. Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD - Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/ PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
