Six Flags. Over. Texas is looking for anenergeticindividual to join the Entertainment Leadership Team as a Costume Character Lead. The individual willassistthe Costume Character Supervisor withsupervisingthe daily operations ofthe Character Department, including rotation schedules,assessingissuesand developing a solution, and filling inasa Character, Ambassador or Show Hostwhenneeded. They will workwithperformers,associates,andgueststoensurea safe, FU - Nwork environmentaswell ascreatememorableentertainmentandeventex periencesthroughout the park. Some costume maintenance and laundry duties may be included. This roleoverseesteam membersin the park daily, assists with training,evaluating,coaching,and supporting teamson location. This is a performing role. Qualifications:Mustbe 18 years old or older. Prior SFOT Character. Department experience. Have IMPROV - Skills. Be able to work in all outdoor conditions for extended periods of time. Be able to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, lift,climbstairs/ladders, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Be available toworka flexible schedule, including nights, early mornings,weekendsand holidays. Be punctual and have a good attendance record. Dependability isa must. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects. Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work well unsupervised and with others. Possess strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Have excellent motivational,leadershipand team-building skills. Have an outgoing personality andworkwell with others.
