The Inside Sales Representative will take care of our customers by executing the Plate group’s safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives. Inside Sales Representatives work directly with our customers, handling all facets of the order management process. The goal of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide responsive service, build strong relationships, enter accurate orders, offer proactive problem solving and effective communication. This role requires collaboration with the Outside Sales team, Credit, Production, Quality, Metallurgists, and Shipping. Must be willing to travel occasionally and work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
