Job Responsibilities Under general supervision, performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions/processes or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel. May enter data and/or process documents and records. The work includes operating standard office equipment. Work is performed under the general supervision of a clerical or administrative supervisor. All East Central Health District 6 employees are deemed essential workers in the event of an emergency. As such, you may be called on to participate in an event including but not limited to: staffing a shelter, working at a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or working at a Point of Dispensing site (POD). If you are called on to participate, you are required to report to the designated site as a condition of employment, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED AND Two years of general office or administrative experience. MAPEP - Under the pre-employment fitness-for-duty this position is considered a. Category 1: Sedentary:Primarily involves light physical work with minimal unusual working conditions. Examples include administrative roles, management, and HR specialists.
