Qualifications: - Must have at least two years’ experience within the last five years as a long-term care activity director or previous work experience of one year under a certified activity consultant. - Must have the Modular Education Program for Activity Professionals (MEPAP) certification - Completion of High School or GED - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written communication. - Must speak and understand English. - Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.
