Provides technical support for the gas lift product line. Reviews quotes, installation and repair plans to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and the parts and process required to address the need. As needed, explains installation, service or repair plans, and invoices to customers; discusses cost or time overruns with team leader or manager. Executes installations, repair, or service plans and documents results. Creates product failure analysis reports. Develops good working relationships with customers through professional communication. Operates, recommends and maintains packer and gas lift products and services to meet customer need. This includes, but is not limited to, operating various styles of packers, including assembling, troubleshooting, and releasing of packers. Comprehends a tubing tally and properly fills out installation reports for our customers. Executes tubing set and wireline set packers to company expectations. Performs initial completions, remedial, or downhole maintenance operations from an elevated position. Maintains and performs preventative maintenance and basic repairs to workover rigs and associated equipment, checks fluid, oil, water, hydraulic, and transmission levels. Understands and uses various completion tools complementing the packer product line. Coordinate’s assignments or projects to achieve maximum utilization of clients’ drilling and oil recovery efforts. Work independently at remote customer locations. Troubleshoots and make recommendations for well flow enhancement. Pre-Employment Requirements:Motor vehicle record check. Drug and alcohol test. Criminal background check. Education and certification check. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/ GED 2 years’ equivalent field tech work experience. Good technical/mechanical aptitude. Strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license in state of residence required 21 years of age to operate company vehicle.
