Metrics Advisor (SQL Developer) Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship. The Metrics Advisor is responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy. How You Will Make an Impact: Develops in-depth analytical reports. Provides support for Level I & II analysts. Designs formats for data studies and analyses. Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed. Designs complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories. Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results. Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data. Minimum Requirements:Requires BA/ BS degree in business or math related field and a minimum of 3 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Advanced working knowledge of SQL is preferred. Tableau experience is a plus. Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred. Strong presentation and analytical skills preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary - range for this specific position is $84,480 - $126,720.
