Director, Data Center Global System Integrator (GSI) Enablement

We are looking for a leader to drive enablement of AMD’s GSI business in the Data Center. He/ She will be responsible for partnering with Sales counterparts to drive AMD’s GSI partnerships, focused primarily on AMD’s Enterprise and Datacenter solutions. THE PERSON: We'd like to meet if this sounds like you: A strong drive to “win,” combined with sound business perspective High level of confidence, maturity and integrity Open communication style and presence to work effectively at all levels Honest and trustworthy in dealings with internal/external customers, colleagues, and partners Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do what it takes to advance, including but not limited to, developing content, cold-calling, etc Ability to listen to the customer and articulate the customer’s needs internally Proven track record of building partnerships and executive relationships with partners and customers Proven track record of strategy & planning, building on a strategic vision KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement AMD’s Data Center strategy to grow our partnerships and associated business with GS - Is Build deep relationships with GSI executives in pursuit of growing mutual business as related to delivering enablement scale Drive a comprehensive enablement plan with GSI partners, including sales and pre-sales training, program optimization, and alignment of AMD and partner 4 P planning Identify challenges currently faced by AMD’s GSI engagements, and work with executives, both internally and externally, to grow and accelerate AMD’s momentum across all Data Center products Establish operational capability, with KPI’s, in our enablement motion and monitor/drive growth PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, owning the success of driving GSI business, with at least 10 years’ progressive responsibilities Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and executive relationship building within key customers and partners, preferably at or with GS - Is Enablement & Messaging: Proven capability to develop differentiated customer and partner messaging, with experience leveraging AI to scale ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
