Analyze data and develop performance reports to support departmental goals and objectives. Document data results, record findings, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Monitor and track the impact of improvement efforts on management, clinical staff, and associate performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide administrative support to the management team and assist in coordinating department events and activities. Minimum Requirements:Requires a BS/ BA; 2 years related experience in an enrollment and billing, claims and/or customer contact automated environment (preferably in healthcare or insurance sector); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strongly preferred. Process improvement experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Workday/ Genesys or similiar HRIS systems. Experience in an administrative position collaborating with multiple teams preferred. Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary - range for this specific position is $24.75 to $30.94 Locations: Illinois.
