Analyze data and develop performance reports to support departmental goals and objectives. Document data results, record findings, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Minimum Requirements:Requires a BS/ BA; 2 years related experience in an enrollment and billing, claims and/or customer contact automated environment (preferably in healthcare or insurance sector); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strongly preferred. Process improvement experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Workday/ Genesys or similiar HRIS systems. Experience in an administrative position collaborating with multiple teams preferred. Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting.
