Preparation: Prepare and gather necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training. Travel: Routine travel Monday through Friday per the Business need. With potential requests to support extended hours and weekends. Communication: Engage in effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Training delivery: Conduct clinical training to educate staff on using Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed. Administrative Tasks: Complete regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (Timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, daily in-service reports, etc.). Project & Time Management: Ability to coordinate and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity. Proficiency: Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs. Preferred Experience. Valid ARRT or equivalent National Certification to relevant modality BA or BS preferred. Minimum 5 years of dedicated clinical experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and/or Hybrid OR preferred. Minimum 3 years of dedicated clinical experience on contemporary Siemens equipment and software preferred. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and project management skills. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office tools (Outlook email/calendar, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
