Associate Marketing and Communications Specialist- Behavioral Health at Providence Health Plan Plaza- On-Call, Day Schedule Work 2 Be. Well (W 2 BW) is a Providence program designed to support teens to be empowered, provide educational tools and resources, help activate and empower teens, educators and communities through their curriculum and social media campaigns. W 2 BW has a National Student Advisory Council, comprised of teens from across the country who help to ensure there is teen voice and perspective in all W 2 BW programmatic activities. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting W 2 BW with communication efforts including, social media (e.g., FB, Twitter, IG and LinkedIn), newsletters, content planning, project management, vignettes of success and overall community engagement. Additionally, this role will support event campaign marketing and promotion across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and or the emotional well-being of teens, the desire to impact communities who are traditionally disadvantaged, and experience developing and executing communications and social media strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred. 2 years - Experience in a communication position with extensive writing responsibilities. 2 years - Account management experience. Requires proven project management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Strong carrier background with understanding of operations, underwriting, medical management & regulatory. Why Join Providence?
