This position is responsible for gathering and implementing customer pricing and rebate requirements in an accurate and timely manner for Street, Bid, and OTH customer account types, as well as supporting certain key pricing activities for LCC and CMU business, and supporting local purchase-based agreements with Sysco Suppliers,Consistently monitoring and reviewing the company's pricing system to identify and recommend necessary changes to improve quality, improve operational efficiencies and avoid margin erosion. RESPONSIBILITIES - Accurate and timely setup of vendor & customer agreements. Including contract load and storing processes as needed for the USBL Market\SBS to support TRS, BID, and OTH customers. Accurate and timely setup/maintenance of all Price Rules, Bid Rules, and Validation rules for TRS, BID, and OTH customers within the market including the maintenance of the customer eligibility for those agreements. Supports audits and pricing disputes of Master Distribution Agreements, Price Rules, Bid Rules, CPAS and Vendor agreements including verifying margins or markups and frequency. Including ensuring contracts are properly stored and index in Sysco’s Contract Repository (CLM). Support exception reporting processes as need to ensure accurate pricing (New account report, New Item report, etc.). Work closely with Sysco Business Services, Market Sales Management and Merchandising Departments on issues related to Contracts, Agreements, Rebates, and any pricing issues. Engage in such other related activities and special projects as may be required or assigned to support companies within their market. Maintain attendance standards as set by the company. QUALIFICATIONS - Education. High School diploma or equivalent. Experience 3 years of progressive experience within accounting, finance, or auditing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Skills. Experience with contracts and/or auditing. Detail and deadline-oriented. Physical Demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Overview
