First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm)Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel materials. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications. Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components. Grind, polish, and finish welds as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. TIG welder Qualifications:Previous TIG welding experience required. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measuring tools. Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum preferred. Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication processes. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring devices. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
