A Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating employee performance to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and customer experience expectations. This role involves reviewing calls or work, identifying areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback, and supporting ongoing coaching efforts. Third Shift (Tuesday through Thursday from 09:30 pm to 06:15 am)Inspect and test in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Monitor production processes and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues to maintain product consistency. Perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Document inspection results accurately and maintain records within quality systems or databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and ongoing quality improvement efforts. Quality Analyst Qualifications:Previous experience in a quality, manufacturing, or production environment is strongly preferred. Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and maintain accurate records. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
