Core Responsibilities (All ERP Analysts) Serves as an information technology consultant to department management and staff for purposes of decision support, staff training, and problem resolution. Identifies and troubleshoots ERP problems to determine causes; tests options for correcting problems. Engages IS and ERP resources as necessary to correct problems in a timely manner. Maintains up-to-date documentation of ERP issues and status at all times. Keeps Director informed of system issues. Interacts with other employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure system applications are compliant with applicable regulations. Makes system adjustments to enhance functionality; sets up and customizes applications; corrects system performance problems and errors. On an ongoing basis, reviews ERP-related department procedures, recommends changes to improve efficiency and address problems. Evaluates policies and procedures, modifying and implementing system enhancements as needed. Writes procedures for staff. Trains staff regarding new procedures. Recognizes the importance of accurate system documentation. Attends outside training as needed. Provides system reports as needed to support regulatory filings. Develops and implements end user reports. Completes required testing and validation when system updates and patches are installed. Participates in Quality Improvement projects for assigned departments, performing cost-benefit analysis as appropriate. Other job duties as assigned. Finance / FSM Module Responsibilities Remains knowledgeable of governmental regulations applicable to finance, including GAAP, SOX, and applicable tax laws and regulations. Remains knowledgeable of Infor Cloud. Suite FSM, to include but not limited to: chart setup, general ledger, bank reconciliation, month and year-end close, and financial project planning. Maintains tax compliance, adhering to tax laws and regulations, and ensuring data populates correctly to ERP tables. Ongoing testing and monitoring of financial plan enrollment dates and accruals. Monitors and audits ERP employee demographics ensuring accuracy of payments. Acts as liaison between Finance/ GL/ PR to ensure accuracy of GL accounts. Tests new setups: cash codes, banks, pay plans, pay codes, deductions, and companies, ensuring accurate results. HR / Payroll / Benefits HCM Module Responsibilities Remains knowledgeable of governmental regulations applicable to HR and benefits, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and related state and federal requirements. Remains knowledgeable of Infor Cloud. Suite HCM, to include but not limited to: plan setup, employee setup, plan administration, open enrollment, and system enhancement needs. Maintains BSI tax compliance, including ensuring new hire data populates correctly to payroll tax tables. Ongoing testing and monitoring of PTO plan enrollment dates and accruals. Monitors and audits employee demographics in HR and Payroll systems ensuring accuracy of payments. Acts as liaison between HR/ GL/ PR to ensure accuracy of GL accounts. Tests new setups: pay plans, pay codes, deductions, and companies, ensuring accurate results. JOB REQUIREMENTS: BS in Information Services, Finance, HR Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other related information management field required. 3 5 years of IT experience in a similar healthcare finance or HR department. Demonstrated ability to support ERP applications utilized to maximize department performance. Demonstrated ability and 3 5 years experience supporting Lawson S 3, v 10, or Infor Cloud. Suite (HCM and/or FSM). Requires strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Must be proficient on computers, including Word, Excel, ERP database systems, and applicable financial or HR tracking systems. Must be familiar with a variety of ERP concepts, practices, and procedures across both FSM and HCM modules. Strong knowledge of financial administration practices, procedures, state and federal law, GAAP, and SOX. Strong knowledge of benefits administration practices, procedures, and applicable HR/employment law. Must have a valid driver s license.
