In this role on the Corporate Security Identity and Access Management team you will be responsible for onboarding and support of on-premise, hybrid and cloud based Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication and Directory Services. Location is not a barrier for this role, and while our preference would be to have a chosen candidate with onsite capabilities in our corporate headquarters in Rhode Island – we are open to remote employment within the United States for an experienced candidate. Primary responsibilities include: Level 3 support for the day-to-day operations of the Citizens IAM Platform Operations technologies including:Azure Active Directory. AWS Directory Services. On-premise Active Directory. LDAP directories. Single Sign-On technologies. Multifactor and password less technologies. Enterprise password vaulting and privileged access management solutions. Zero trust / Just in Time access provisioning solutions. Application configuration and troubleshooting. Software code promotion and testing. Vulnerability patching and remediation. Application capacity and performance monitoring. Implementing automation to reduce manual processes. Required Skills/ Experience: 5 or more years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services environment 5 or more years in system security administration, controls or information management experience and/or Security Engineer and Support. Experience in implementing and supporting IAM security and solid understanding of best practices. Experience in supporting Privileged Identity Management processes specific to identity on-boarding, provisioning/de-provisioning and access certifications. Experience in implementing and supporting a password vaulting solution. Experience in implementing and supporting identity cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure. Experience administering common operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Unix. Experience with common database technologies such as Microsoft SQL and Oracle. Proven experience with highly complex risk issues in a technology environment and appropriate mitigation strategies. Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: BA/ BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. Hours & Work Schedule Office Locations: Johnston-RI, Medford-MA, Boston-MA, Pittsburgh-PA, Philadelphia-PA, Melville-NY, Short Hills-NY, Marlton-NJ, Glen Allen-VA, Cleveland-OH, and Cincinnati-OH - Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Some nights and weekend work required to support patching, code promotion and testing efforts. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Pay. Transparency. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
