Prime. Lending's Shipping & Delivery Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing and delivering documents, images, and/or related data to investors. Following up with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate, timely delivery of files prior to investor deadlines, and be in compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and audit loans and/or other data in the system of record for accuracy, making corrections accordingly Scan documents into the system; ensure documents are imaged Ensure records are updated to account for any missing information; follow up with appropriate parties for resolution Ensure system and/or other tracking tool has the most recent shipping date(s), exceptions, comments and other relevant information Daily monitoring of reports for exceptions and deadlines Select the appropriate documents for electronic upload capability Meet daily shipping/delivery quotas and maintain daily logs of shipping/delivery activity Maintain communication with internal and external contacts as necessary to ensure expectations and timelines are met; escalate any issues as appropriate Other duties as assigned or required High School diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of mortgage industry, 2 years mortgage industry experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to demonstrate strong detail orientation and analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer service orientation Displays strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals in, or assigned to, the above position and are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required, and may be changed at the discretion of the Company.
