As part of the Printhead Manufacturing team, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes that support next-generation printhead products for Xerox and OEM customers. Play a key role in a growing business focused on advanced manufacturing technologies. What You Will Do:Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for industrial printhead products. Research and implement new technologies that enable future product development. Investigate yield, reliability, and performance challenges and implement process improvements. Apply continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and design for manufacturability principles to enhance quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product performance, cost, and project objectives. What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of process development and optimization. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Knowledge of process capability, Gage R&R, statistical analysis, and applied problem-solving methodologies. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within project teams.
