Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws. Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable. Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
