The Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions, is recruiting for a Food Service Journey at the Anchorage Correctional Complex (ACC) located in Anchorage, Alaska. What You Will Be Doing:Under the general supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, assists in the direction of a prisoner work crew who will prepare and serve meals for approximately 950 prisoners three times daily at the Anchorage Correctional Center (ACC) in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Food Service: Knowledge of preparing and serving food for consumption. Problem Solving: Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
