Your Impact As a Multi Factory Coordinator, you'll serve as the central point of communication between customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to manage customer interactions, coordinate rooftop unit (RTU) deliveries, and maintain accurate records will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success. What You'll Do Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate and track rooftop unit (RTU) deliveries across multiple factory locations. Verify shipping information and ensure accurate delivery details. Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and deliveries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account updates. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and production teams to support operational goals. Meet service, productivity, and performance metrics while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 6 months of experience in customer service, call center operations, logistics, or manufacturing coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP. Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or logistics operations.
