Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3 M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/ GED or higher. Minimum three (3) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to pass company provided Forklift Training and retain issued forklift license. Required: (Basic Qualifications):Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Basic computer knowledge 6 months to 1 year of operating material handling equipment, including sit down forklifts.
