Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service. Close out repair orders in computer. Prepare and make deposits. File assorted document for both service and accounting departments. Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next days service appointments. Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet. What You'll Need Provencustomer service skills of at least 1 year. Pleasant and professional phone manners. Excellent computer skills. Attention to detail and administrative filing? Ability to lift up to 10 lbs?
