Career Advancement Opportunities Nationwide What You'll Do. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards. Accurately document repairs and complete work orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations. What We're Looking For 2 years' of hands-on experience performing class 7 - 8 trailer maintenance and repairs. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Must have experience with major body repairs including side panels, roof replacements, nose rails, floor sections. Must have welding experience Valid driver's license. Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below) Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
