Support development and implementation of metrics and KPIs across multiple engineering disciplines, establishing a foundational framework for collection and reporting. Facilitate cross-discipline collaboration among engineering teams with a focus on compliance, process improvement, resource utilization, and competency development. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering best practices across all levels of the organization. Partner closely with training owners to inform design and execution of engineering learning & development initiatives. Compensation Range: $132,000 - $171,600 The compensation range provided is a general guideline. Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field .2 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on process improvement, operational excellence, or engineering excellence. Strong knowledge of systems engineering and systems thinking, system development lifecycles. Proven experience establishing metrics/ KPI frameworks, gathering/collections processes, reporting frameworks, specific for engineering data. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with industry standard toolsets; Jira, Confluence, Requirements Management applications, SYSML/ UML (Cameo/ Magic. Draw preferred), Power. BI, etc. Desired: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
