This role sits on the sales team and reports to the e. Comm Channel Manager. This person owns end-to-end catalog management across Amazon and future marketplaces. Although focused on listing maintenance, this person will have influence on how brand shows up across channels, identify gaps and opportunities within assortment, and help build the standards and infrastructure needed for long-term scale. You have already accomplished (required):High School Diploma. Experience using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field 2-4 years of Vendor Central or Seller Central experience. Endeavoring to be fair-minded, transparent and positive in all we say and do. Key Responsibilities. Channel & Catalog Operations. End-to-end catalog management across Amazon and future marketplaces: listing creation, merchandising, optimization, and maintenance. Monitor listing health; triage and resolve suppression issues. Manage product data in reporting tools and feed management systems. Navigate Vendor Central and communicate directly with Amazon support. Product Data & Content Management. Syndicate new product data from PIM and complete associated Amazon merchandising tasks. Manage parent/child product variations and virtual bundles. Troubleshoot issues through Amazon's support ticketing system. Maintain Brand Store and Enhanced Content (A )Product Auditing. Audit product detail pages for accuracy, optimization, and imagery. Resolve parent/child variation issues and duplicate listings. Category & Competitive Intelligence. Use Profitero, Helium 10, or similar tools to assess category performance. Conduct ongoing SEO/ AEO research to drive discoverability. Review customer reviews and FAQs to surface key features and benefits. Merchandising. Support layout and assortment of Amazon Brand Store. Identify virtual bundle opportunities and assist in executing Enhanced Content strategy. Performance Tracking & Reporting. Monitor and report on KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion, and reviews. Identify trends and recommend actionable changes to accelerate growth. Deliver weekly reporting on listing health, content coverage, and channel expansion. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Marketing and Product teams on content development needs. Build catalog standards and SOPs to meet marketplace requirements and support scalable workflows. Support e. Comm Channel Manager with daily operations as needed
