As a member of Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon business lines to shape customer experience through policy work. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience and policy acumen with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. Key job responsibilities Develop and manage policies for regulated products, including risk rationale, policy text, and data monitoring Present policy risks to internal stakeholders through high-quality written communications to build understanding and consensus Create business requirement documents to product teams to solve for policy risks Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy teams, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units Support high-risk and high-impact escalations with moderation and tiered support teams Develop comprehensive understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to inform policy work. A day in the life. Policy Managers monitor policy effectiveness using various signals and handle escalated policy compliance questions. They develop expertise in locale-specific requirements and consider cultural norms in decision-making. The role involves building policy recommendations based on multi-vector risk assessment, collaborating with product teams on risk solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. They coordinate between Amazon teams to ensure consistency for advertisers and shoppers. About the team. The Ad Policy team manages global advertising policies across all Ad products and Amazon Publishers. We influence Amazon Advertising through multiple business touchpoints, focusing on customer-centric ad delivery. Basic Qualifications- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management- Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization- Experience in making data driven business decisions- 3 years of performance in an online advertising role and familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies experience- Knowledge of current industry standards- Experience collaborating with PR, Legal, and Public Policy teams. Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree or above in a related field.
