Mon 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM - Tue 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM - Wed 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM - Thur 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM - Fri 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report findings to site leadership and/or local authorities as needed. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and/or delivery logs to help support authorized entry and help to deter unauthorized access. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, screening areas, loading zones, and perimeter, with duties varying based on location conditions and operational needs. Minimum Requirements:Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
