Analyze pre-season, in-season, and post-season performance to identify risks and opportunities that improve sales and customer experience - Translate data insights into actionable strategies that optimize fulfillment speed and cost efficiency - Execute system adjustments in partnership with global teams to support evolving business needs and improve operational efficiency - Lead cross-functional alignment across merchandising, digital, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure successful execution of fulfillment initiatives - Conduct deep-dive analyses using transactional and item-level data to inform decision-making - Monitor customer feedback and key operational KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in fulfillment performance - Assess business impact of system and process changes to support effective change management - Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to launch new fulfillment capabilities Core Competencies & Accomplishments: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, planning, or supply chain - Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, fulfillment strategies, and supporting technologies - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and external teams - Proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
