THE WORK - Execute comprehensive enablement strategies that align with business objectives and support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives - Build and maintain engagement plans for enterprise-wide deployments, leveraging innovative learning methodologies and technologies - Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and communication plans to support change management strategies - Manage cross-organizational efforts, including external consultants and contract labor, to achieve transformation objectives - Develop and deploy training plans and initiatives, using innovative learning methodologies at scale - Manage and oversee project management functions, ensuring the successful delivery of milestones and objectives - Leverage technology and automation to accelerate daily activities of 1 LMX project teams.
