Shadow experienced team members to learn methods, procedures, and standards required for departmental responsibilities. Complete training in related departments to support cross-functional understanding and potential future opportunities. Attend company-sponsored training classes and development sessions. Complete a management-assigned project identified at the start of the internship. With guidance from an assigned mentor, present project work and results to the local leadership team.
