The MCP Operator works in a cleanroom environment and is responsible for processing materials using chemical baths. This role involves handling acids, solvents, and other chemicals, ensuring precise processing according to specifications, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Essential Responsibilities:Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing cleanroom suits. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including gloves, goggles, face shields, and chemical aprons. Prepare and handle various chemicals, including acids and solvents, according to standard operating procedures. Measure, mix, and process materials accurately to achieve specified chemical compositions. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to handle hazardous materials safely. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA and environmental standards. Operate chemical benches and other related equipment efficiently and safely. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning. Maintain accurate records of material usage, processing conditions, and product output. Complete required documentation for batch records, safety logs, and inventory tracking. Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Be able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance through L3 Harris upon hire. Prior experience operating chemical equipment and chemical handling. Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing work experience. Preferred Qualifications:Good hand/eye coordination. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and complete repeat tasks. High level of attention to detail.
