Operate machine and clean equipment. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Operate de-wheying, form filling equipment and Rotary Press. Complete appropriate data entry/basic PLC machine set up. Operate CIP processes and proper documentation. Must be able to react quickly. Ability to run all functions of the filler, drain belt, and tracks and Rotary Press. Ensure product has continuous flow to prevent plugs. Operate p. H meter and sampling. Clean filler and tracking, pumps, conveyors, and rotary press. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You…. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand instructions. Proficient in use of the computer. Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills. Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices. Compliance with food safety policies. Follow GM - Ps and SOPs. Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a hot environment over 90 degrees F - Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Requires regular attendance.
