Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage patient appointment scheduling - Collaborate with providers to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and workflows - Maintain and update patient information within the electronic health record (EHR) - Prepare and support daily clinical operations and patient flow - Assist with organization and setup of materials, instruments, and equipment - Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and their families - Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation - Follow established clinical and office procedures - Ensure a high level of accuracy in all tasks and documentation - Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, staff, and visitors - Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed - Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role preferred.
