Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage patient appointment scheduling - Collaborate with providers to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and workflows - Maintain and update patient information within the electronic health record (EHR) - Prepare and support daily clinical operations and patient flow - Assist with organization and setup of materials, instruments, and equipment - Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and their families - Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation - Follow established clinical and office procedures - Ensure a high level of accuracy in all tasks and documentation - Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, staff, and visitors - Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed - Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role preferred. Additional Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with patients and team members - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail - Proficiency with computers and ability to learn electronic health record systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements - Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally - Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation - Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing - Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
