First Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm)Process and file DMV paperwork accurately and on time. Manage purchase orders and related documentation. Handle cash transactions, credit card receipts, and prepare deposits. Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally. Assist with general office duties, including uploading auction photos as needed. Motor Vehicle Services Qualifications:Knowledge of DMV title and registration processing or filing required. Previous 1 years of clerical or office experience required. Comfortable with cash handling and financial paperwork. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems such as multiline phones. Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Great customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Willing to work part time schedule: T-F: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, S: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Applicant may be subject to a background check. Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report.
