We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Church Office Admin/ Social Media Manager to support church operations and communications. First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm)Answering church phones and emails Greeting church members, visitors, volunteers, and community guests. Scheduling appointments, meetings, events, facility use, and maintaining church calendars. Preparing bulletins, newsletters, announcements, letters, and printed materials Ordering supplies and helping maintain office systems. Supporting pastors, staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers with administrative needs. Assisting with basic financial records, invoices, reimbursements, or giving-related documentation as needed. Creating social media posts and promotional content for church services, events, ministries, and outreach activities. Taking photos, creating reels, and sharing church updates Maintaining confidentiality and representing the church in a warm, professional, and respectful manner. Admin and Social Media Manager Qualifications:Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic office technology. Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Previous administrative, office, church, nonprofit, or communications experience preferred. Photography, graphic design, video editing, or website management experience is a plus. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
