The HR Specialist is responsible for providing employees, former employees, managers, and HR partners with accurate guidance on workforce management, benefits, payroll, and related HR processes. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00 am to 02:30 pm)Provides cross?functional support by assessing and resolving employee inquiries, documenting cases, and escalating issues through the case management system when needed. Drives continuous process improvements, identifies trends in call types or recurring issues, and collaborates with team members to ensure consistent execution of key HR processes. HR Specialist Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred .-3 years of experience in HR or a related field. Broad knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits to support employee inquiries and policy navigation. Customer service or call center experience preferred;HR Shared Services experience is a plus. Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar HRIS platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, customer?focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic analytical skills and confidence navigating multiple systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self?motivated with solid problem?solving abilities. Spanish?speaking skills preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Comfortable working in a fast?paced, change?heavy environment with frequent interruptions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Applicant may be subject to a background check.
