You will work with stakeholders to define data, ensure its quality, and manage its lifecycle. The position focuses on enhancing the understanding and security of talent-related information. Key Responsibilities: Document HR data definitions and sources in the data catalog. Profile data and establish quality rules for monitoring. Maintain metadata and data lineage documentation. Support data retention policy implementation. Document data classification and security measures. Must-Have Skills: Experience with data management practices. Ability to document and tag business metadata. Strong written and verbal communication. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in HR data management and governance is preferred.
