Deploy onsite supplier interventions to resolve delivery, capacity, and execution issues. Manage emerging supplier issues and communicate countermeasures and recovery timelines to key stakeholders. Align MP&L/ SIOP demand plans with supplier execution to ensure feasibility, visibility to constraints, and timely escalation of risks. Own and continuously improve the Supply Chain Risk Management system, including risk indices, early warning indicators, and escalation processes. Establish and maintain a prioritized supplier risk portfolio focused on the highest-impact risks to production continuity. Drive cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Engineering, and Operations to improve supplier performance and reduce risk. Lead hiring, development, and performance management of team members. Develop and manage executive-level supplier relationships to drive transparency, accountability, and proactive risk mitigation. Partner with Quality, Material Planning, and Operations leadership to align supplier performance with business requirements and strategic objectives. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. APICS CPIM, ISM CPM, and ISM APP certifications preferred . years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or operations planning. Experience managing or leading teams is preferred. Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional teams. Experience operating in ambiguous, high-pressure environments and applying structured problem-solving approaches. Proven ability to lead supplier recovery efforts, including resolving delivery, capacity, or planning issues. Strong understanding of the relationship between demand planning and supplier execution. Experience developing or improving systems, tools, or processes that enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making. Strong analytical capability, including identifying risks through early warning indicators and data-driven insights. Effective executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $120,000 to $140,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
