Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads - Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities - Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer - Overcome objections and confidently close deals - Consistently meet or exceed sales goals - Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle - Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline - Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility - Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close Required Qualifications Inside or outside sales experience preferred(Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/ SDR experience strongly desired) - Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline - Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals - Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability - Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools - Excellent communication and time management skills - Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license - Cell phone with data plan Our top performers come from roofing, construction sales, remodeling, real estate, and B 2 B sales backgrounds.
